  1. Who we are and scope
    This policy applies to the social media scheduling tool available at social.tfn.mx (the “Tool”), operated by ZEQIVO (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@zeqivo.store. This policy does not cover any other website or service hosted at tfn.mx.
  2. What the Tool does
    The Tool is a private application that we use to schedule and publish content on our own social media accounts, such as Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok. It is not a public service and does not offer accounts to visitors.
  3. Information we access
    When we connect our own social media accounts, the platforms give us access tokens and basic account information (such as account or page name, ID and profile picture) and, where we authorize it, the content and performance statistics of those accounts. We only access accounts that we own or manage.
  4. How we use this information
    We use it only to schedule and publish our own content and to view statistics of our own accounts. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
  5. Google API Services
    ZEQIVO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  6. Storage and security
    Access tokens are stored on servers we control and are protected by access controls. We keep them only while the account remains connected.
  7. Visitors
    The Tool is private and requires an authorized login. Our hosting and network providers may process standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs. We use this data only to operate and secure the Tool.
  8. Revoking access and data deletion
    You can revoke our access at any time from the settings of each platform (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions; for Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites). To request deletion of any data we hold, email support@zeqivo.store and we will delete it within 30 days.
  9. Changes
    We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
